This series of unique creative workshops is designed to help you get to know yourself better while exploring various artistic mediums and chatting with cool people in a relaxing atmosphere.
Each time we meet, we embrace a stronger understanding of self, growing in self-confidence, nurturing what we love, and letting go of what doesn't serve us. We do this through conversation and art-making: drawing, painting, sculpting, collage, writing, story-telling, and book-making.
No skills required. Art materials and light refreshments are provided.
